She wrote, produced, and directed the romantic drama, Indifferent Enchantment, (2020), and the high school drama, In Due Time (2022).

Dr. Najmah’s passion for teaching and connecting others lead to a determination to "save the world." Her aspirations to make a difference motivated her to enter the mental and behavioral healthcare field. Dr. Najmah began her career working in a behavioral health psychiatric hospital, and later worked in the outpatient sector. She has experience with coordinating community support services; providing psychosocial rehabilitation, life skills training, and psychoeducation; and advocating for individuals by acting as their liaison. Her ambitions doesn't stop there, Dr. Najmah started her private practice (The Listening Retreat Counseling Services PLLC) in 2016 and provides professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and families to resolve personal, psychological, behavioral, and social problems.  Other desires are to enhance the self-esteem, positive character, and healthy living of others through self-help and parenting books.

Dr. Najmah finds joy in reading, journaling, cleaning, traveling, listening to music, playing baseball, and spending time with her family and close friends.  After leaving the comfort of her hometown, Oklahoma City, OK, Dr. Najmah resided in Houston, Texas for years, then tasted Georgia’s peaches in Atlanta for a while, and now lives in Dallas, Texas.
