                                                                                                                FAQ and Author's Answers

Q. Where did you get the idea for this book?
A. I am full of ideas for stories- peoples’ situations around me and movies I watch.

Q. What traits and other tidbits do you share with your main character?
A. Libiya has a real wholesome overcast, hence her name meaning pure.  She doesn’t get into drinking, drugs, or cursing; or jealousy, revenge, or lies; she is easy going and reserve.

Q. Did any of your inspirations for this book originate in your real life experiences?
A. Yes and No- some instances I took from my life; however, my life is too boring to write about!  The characters and events are commercialized for “Hollywood” to give it more oomph.  Like anyone, I fell in love at a young age, really wanted it, It did not work, and like most of us I had to move on.  It’s life and life is grand!  I’m married to a great guy and have two amazing children- I got my happily ever after… So you’ll have to read to see if Libiya’s fortunate to get hers.

Q. What made you self publish?
A. I know not one agent; and traditional publishers take no unsolicited material.  Plus, it’s a longer process.
