It Won't Go Away

It Will Be Buried

Love and grief sums up the circumstances of most people’s lives, as do the context of It Won’t Go Away.

It is a story of love- the most unhealthy, but realistic and unconditional love on paper. IWGA is identifiable by a multitude of ages and ethnicities.

It motivates the reader to not wait - but go - for what he/she wants as it highlights the reality that life is too short.

Libiya is known for her pure and ambitious character and has never had difficulty refusing temptation or peer pressure.  However, after experiencing The Feeling of love upon meeting the funny and tender personality of Qalbee, she loses moral direction.

As their friendship matures, Qalbee struggles with a domestic secret that weighs emotional distress that he has yet to reveal to Libiya; and is unable to reciprocate Libiya’s affection.  Libiya and Qalbee go in and out of one another’s lives as personal trauma and tragedy bring them together and tear them apart.  It isn’t until years of bad decisions finally catches up with Qalbee that he realizes his heart won’t beat if he were not to have her back into his life again… but is this revelation too late?

This riveting story entails moral controversy, tragedy, and unconditional love that struggles the test of time.

Quotes from It Won't Go Away

“Emotions are a complex entity… psychophysically influenced, and changes with the wind.”  Libiya

"His hands grip each of my knees and spread my bare legs, introducing the lips of my vagina to the pure light of day.  I peek to see if anyone is around… he descends towards my happy place, shielding my exposed lips. I feel wet muscle enter.  His tongue…”

“A person should be themselves at all times.  There is no need for competition or fighting for attention- especially with females- we have to be comfortable in our own skin and be happy with whom we are.  Then, we will be genuinely happy for others in their endeavors, relations, and accomplishments.” Libiya

“I repudiate propaganda that exists solely to fortify government gain.”   Libiya“

What one acquires today, someone else may acquire tomorrow; and what they gain now, you may never.  Everyone is on a different path to their self actualization; and the key to confidence is to live knowing that no one is better than you and you are better than no one”

Miss Beauty

I dusted, polished, and Pin-Soled the entire house clean enough to cause a hoarder to regress.

The sound of my music seemed to decrease, Bill and Craig’s awful laughter seemed to cease, and I no longer smell my recently scrubbed down Pine-Sol smelling home.  My senses grew selective to the smell of freshly clean epidermis and musk deodorant.  Standing a little above average height he wears brown Timberland boots, loose sweats, and a brown pullover.  My eyes are planted as he pulls off the hood of his pullover, uncovering perfectly Photo Shopped groomed hair waves, and creamy brown skin.  His clean, alluring face carries a chromatic smile, displaying a slight crook in his front right tooth.  His east coast style depicts serious swagger causing an erupting feeling in my vulva that I have never in my life felt before…

Qalbee releases me into the trash as if I am disposable waste… I scoot, struggle, and then finally crawl out.   Soiled waste covers me from my knees down to my sandals and I hold trash in both hands…  He begins running as he guffaws hysterically…   I throw the squashed grapes and just as he turns back around, a couple of grapes hit the back of his head!...   I focus my eyes, zooming inches ahead and witness Qalbee slip on the spoiled ice cream.  He then slides downward abrading the side of his calve and knee.  I run right into him tripping over his ankle.  In sequence we both roll - literally and figuratively… We continue rolling with amusement in harmony…  Qalbee stares at me in a way that convinces me that he loves me too.

IWGA is a story inspired by the complexities of understanding the human heart- how it correlates to feeling, emotions, and love.  It depicts a passion  that is strong and intense, and the chemistry between the two individuals are so intoxicating that it destructively alters the innocences of one’s moral makeup.
